Give it a name and choose how often you want Signil to check in with you, anywhere from daily to monthly. Your signil starts in Draft mode so you can get everything set up before going live.
Compose the messages you want delivered if you ever stop responding. Each message has a subject and body. Write to family members, lawyers, business partners, anyone who needs to hear from you if something happens. Messages are stored securely and never sent until your signil triggers.
Choose who receives each message. Recipients are added by email address and are never notified that they've been listed. They only receive your messages if your signil triggers. Each signil can have its own set of recipients.
Once you activate your signil, the clock starts. When check-in time arrives, you'll get a push notification on iOS or web. Tap to confirm you're okay and the clock resets. It takes less than a second.
If you miss a check-in, your signil enters a grace period instead of triggering immediately. You'll get additional reminder notifications, and as long as you check in before it expires, your messages won't be sent. The grace period is configurable so you can set whatever buffer makes sense for your life.
If the grace period expires without a check-in, Signil delivers your prepared messages to your chosen recipients via email. Each recipient receives exactly the messages you addressed to them, nothing more and nothing less.
